A light and flavorful Salmon recipe that is very easy to make.
Notes
Salmon can be cooked in a pan or on a grill. If using a grill, use aluminum foil to prevent the Salmon from falling apart.
Ingredients
- 1/2 lb Salmon
- 1 tbsp Fresh Rosemary
- 1 tsp Hawaiian Salt
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
Instructions
- Sprinkle Rosemary and Hawaiian Salt on both sides of Salmon.
- Gently rub Rosemary and Hawaiian Salt to thoroughly coat the Salmon.
- Add Olive Oil to a pan and heat pan to a medium-high heat.
- Add Salmon to pan skin side up and cook for approximately 5 minutes.
- Flip Salmon over so that it is skin side down on the pan and cook for another few minutes.
- You will know the fish is done when there is just a small bit of translucent fish in the seam.
