Baked Sesame Chow Mein Recipe courtesy of Kuakini Health Systems.
Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. sesame oil
- 1/4 lb. lean char siu, slivered
- 12 oz. (1 pkg) chow mein noodles
- 1/2 Tbsp. oyster sauce
- 1/2 Tbsp. water
- 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. sesame seeds
- 2 stalks celery, sliced diagonally
- 3-4 stalks green onion, chopped
- 1/2 pkg. bean sprouts
- 2 pieces carrots, slivered
- 1/2 pkg. green beans, slivered
Instructions
- Line a 9" x 13" pan with foil.
- Pour sesame oil in pan and spread evenly.
- Add rest of ingredients and mix well.
- Bake covered at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes until vegetables are cook.
- Stir occasionally.
