Ingredients
- 2 cups ripe Mango, peeled and cubed
- 1 Tbsp Rice Vinegar
- 2 Tbsp Raisins
- 1 Tbsp Honey
- 2 tsp fresh Ginger, minced
- 1 tsp Garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp Chinese Parsley, minced
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon, allspice or Garam Masala
- dash of Cayenne Pepper
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a small pot and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 5 to 10 minutes.
- Break up mixture with a potato masher or fork.
- Cool. Adjust seasonings to taste.
