This recipe is quick, easy and very refreshing! Adapted from an original recipe by Clay Benton in the Hawaii State Department of Health’s “5 A Day the Hawaiʻi Way – Easy island recipes” cookbook.
Notes
If consistency is too thick, add more milk.
Ingredients
- 5 Ice Cubes
- 1 medium Banana
- 1/4 medium Mango
- 1/4 large Papaya
- 1 cup Skim Milk
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1/3 cup Wheat Germ
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
