This easy Spinach Dip recipe makes for a great snack or appetizer!

Ingredients
- 1 (12oz.) carton Low-fat 1% Cottage Cheese
- 1 (10oz.) package frozen Spinach
- 1/4 cup dry vegetable soup mix
- 1/2 cup Fat-free Sour Cream
Instructions
- Blend Cottage Cheese in a food processor or blender until smooth.
- Pour Cottage Cheese into a bowl.
- Thaw, drain and squeeze as much liquid from frozen Spinach.
- Add Spinach and Cottage Cheese with the remaining ingredients.
- Stir all the ingredients in the bowl until they are blended.
- Chill the mixture for a few hours before serving.
- Serve dip with whole-wheat crackers, pretzels, toasted wheat pita bread or with a delicious veggie tray.
