Furikake Tofu Recipe courtesy of Kuakini Health Systems.
Ingredients
- 1 block of firm tofu (approximately 20 oz.)
- 2 Tbsp. sesame oil
- 1 Tbsp. oyster sauce
- Nori furikake
Instructions
- Slice 1 block tofu lengthwise into 4 sections, drain.
- Heat 2 Tbsp. sesame oil in large frying pan.
- Brown tofu sections on both sides and cool.
- Slice each section into 3/4" squares.
- Pour 1/4 Tbsp. oyster sauce onto each section.
- Sprinkle with Nori Furikake and serve.
