This breakfast oatmeal recipe is sweet, tasty, simple to make and packed with food that is good for you!

Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cup 100% Apple Juice
- 1 cup Quick Oats
- 1 med. Apple, approximately 3" in diameter
- 1/4 tsp ground Cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp Salt
Instructions
- Core and cut apple into bite-sized pieces.
- Combine all ingredients in a medium-sized microwave safe bowl.
- Place bowl in microwave uncovered and cook on HIGH for 2 minutes.
- Stir and let cool for 1 minute before serving.
