Ingredients
- 1 Banana
- 1/4 cup Raisins
- 3/4 cup Quick Oats
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 large Orange, approximately 3" in diameter, cut in half and juiced
Instructions
- Spray a small baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Mash banana evenly on the bottom.
- Sprinkle dish with raisins.
- Add oatmeal evenly over banana and raisins.
- Pour the orange juice evenly over the oatmeal.
- Microwave on high for 5 minutes or until oatmeal is tender.
