Ingredients
- 2-3 Ti Leaves
- 2 lbs. Turkey (Hind Quarter)
- 1/2 tsp Liquid Smoke
Instructions
- Place ti leaves and turkey in large pot. Add water to cover turkey.
- Boil until water reduces to approximately 2 inches; turkey should be well cooked and tender.
- Strip turkey from bones and discard skin. Shred turkey meat.
- Add 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke and toss.
